This Marketing and Sales Agreement (hereafter referred as â€Å"Agreement†), dated as of ___________, is entered into between The Berkley Group (hereafter referred as â€Å"Berkley†), whose business address is 2626 E Oakland Park Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306, and ____[Bill Rauer]___(hereafter referred as â€Å"Rauer† and together with â€Å"Berkley† as â€Å"Parties†, and each as â€Å"Party†), whose business address is _________.
